The car came in from paint with no interior or trunk panels what so ever, so we had a fresh slate to work with .
We started by making wood panels using a combination of thin multi-ply specialty woods. These plywoods are thin, strong, lightweight, and permit the finished panels to removed without being damaged. After making all the panels we moved on to designing and making the interior and fabricating a carpet set.

This 40 ford came in for a complete custom interior. Seats, door panels, headliner and trunk are covered in Connolly Leather with wool carpets.
