Mercedes seats are commonly constructed of a molded "horse hair" pad on top of a metal spring frame. These pads tend to disintegrate and fall apart causing damage to the seat cover and it makes for an uncomfortable seat. Here you can see the before and after of a rear seat we repaired because of this exact problem.
Mercedes-Benz 280SL
This car came in for a complete interior restoration and new convertible top. The dash was the most challenging item on this restoration. It is made of vinyl molded to a foam core. It was cracked, faded and no replacement parts were available. We repaired the cracks, and remolded new vinyl.
